13 Swims
Keep-nets are not allowed on this water. Ground baiting allowed. Recessed Swims some on sloping banks.
Home Lake has a mix of fish including Mirror & Common Carp to 38lb, Ghost & Koi to 20lb & Grass Carp to 22lb and Catfish to 50lb
Bream up to 10lb. Tench to 8lb. Golden Tench to 5lb, Grass carp to 22lb, Ghosties to 20lb, Roach, Rudd and Koi along with a few cracking Perch to 3lb.
Night Fishing & Prices
Night fishing is permitted on this lake.
Maximum of 10 anglers night fishing permitted. £25 for 24 hours. Day Tickets at £12.50 for 2 rods no concessions. No Additional Charge for guests. No more than 1 Guest per angler allowed with the exception of family’s children.
Dogs welcome as long as they are kept under control, and mess is cleaned up.
- 13 Swims with suitable Bivvy Swims.
- Session from 7.30am to 5pm & 4/5pm to 7.30 am for overnight.
- Sessions DAY, 24 Hour, 36 Hour, 48 Hour must leave by 5pm or 7.30am. whichever is appropriate.
Home Lake Rules

Cradles only to be used. (Can be Purchased in the Tackle Shop)

Must have water vessel to
enable keeping fish wet. -
Minimum Test Curve Rods 2.5lb. or higher

Barbless Hooks only – Largest size 6 – Smallest size 12.

No Surface Fishing.
- Landing Net minimum size 42″

No Braided Mainline to be used – No Leadcore – line to be 10lb +.

All fish to be returned quickly – No sacking fish Overnight.

No Bait boats or fish finders allowed.

No Tiger Nuts to be used. All particles to be properly prepared.

Under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.

No walking further than the next swim whilst rods are left in the water.

Please respect other anglers on the water and leave swims tidy and litter free. Please take all litter and rubbish home with you.

Alcohol is permitted but in sensible amounts. Anglers found drunk will be asked to leave.

Fishing is permitted with 1 rod or 2 rods.

Disabled Anglers
Swims Lowered so not all suitable for disabled Anglers. Parking is close by but not directly behind all of the swims.

BBQ Areas
We now have brick barbecues on either side of Home Lake built. One near the car park pegs 11 and 12 and on opposite side of the fishing lake pegs 6 and 7. Brick built with stainless steel mesh small enough so sausages won’t fall through. Just need to bring own charcoal. Please leave them clean ( I realise that is not possible to polish them but must be left reasonable for next person).
