General Information
Gates open at 7:30am each day and are locked at 5.30pm every night. Fishing is until 5pm every day. There is no new start fishing admission for day ticket waters after 2:00pm. For emergencies and after gates have closed you will need to press the call button if on the outside of the fishery or ring Dale, Scott, Ben or Lewis for entry or exit. All day ticket anglers need to stop fishing at 5.00pm sharp and exit by 5.30pm.
Just turn up for all lakes except Sand, Lapwing, Kestrel & Home Lake. (Sand, Lapwing, Kestrel & Home Lake need to be booked on the website) (Some limited availability on these for turn up)
All litter and rubbish needs to be taken home with you. Please do not leave rubbish or bag it up and then leave the bag.

- Tuesday Hopefulls – Open match for the more hopeful anglers- Lakes Change weekly – (Usual Turnout – 8 to 15)
- Float Fish Farm Wednesdays – Over 50’s Match usually held on Two Islands – Wagtail – Phoenix – (Usual Turnout – 30 to 50)
- Float Fish Farm Friday Over 50’s Open – Open to all over 50 years of age – (Usual Turnout – 20 to 30)
- Float Fish Farm Saturdays Open Match usually held on Two Islands and one or two other lakes – (Usual Turnout – 20 to 40)
- Float Fish Farm Sundays Open Match dependant on lake availablity.

Winter League
Float Fish Farm Winter league will run for November 2023 through to March 2023. Various format winter fishing and leagues will be organized. More information available from August 2023.

Carp Fishing in Peterborough? Come and have a day fishing with us, you will be glad you did!
- Lapwing is the main specimen lake with Mirror Carp to 48lb and Grass Carp and Ghosties up to 20lb+. (Website bookings only)
- Kestrel Pool is a deep ‘L’ shape lake with 13 swims all fishing to the far bank. Carp to 40lb+. (Website bookings only)
- Sand Lake has Carp to 32lb+ with Catfish to over 73lb+! (Website bookings only)
- Home Lake has a mix of fish including Mirror & Common Carp to 34lb, Ghost & Koi to 20lb & Grass Carp to 22lb and Catfish to 50lb. Home Lake you can turn up and pay for a Day ticket from 7.30am-5pm day ticket or 5pm-7.30am (pegs 1-5) these are also available for 24hr tickets on a first come first serve basis. 24 hour tickets are bookable online for pegs 6-10 & 12-13. (8.30am-8.30am)

Net Use at Float Fish Farm
Please bring your own nets to use at Float Fish Farm. For matches use your own landing and keep nets. A dip tank at the Green Building is for net dipping. If you are pleasure fishing then Landing nets only.

Weekend Food Van
7:30am till late afternoon
Food van here every Day of the week during Summer Season – March to October, Some Weekdays the food van will close early after lunchtime. From a bacon roll to a full English and everything in between. Meals deals available to include Main Meal+Chips+Drink. Free tea and Coffee Refill.
Great Food and Great Prices.
You can call 07935 958084 with your orders and they will get delivered to your peg. Breakfasts, lunch or anything in between. There is a £1 peg delivery fee.
Tackle & Bait Shop
We now have our own Large and extended On-Site Bait and Tackle Shop. Open to the Public, so all are welcome whether you are fishing with us or not. All major bait brands stocked and virtually all major brands of Match and carp tackle. Shelf Life and frozen carp baits. Live Baits available. Maggots Live and dead. Castor & Worms.
Freezer baits available and from September frozen live baits for Predator fishing will be stocked.
